We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances: 4.1 Service Providers We share information with vendors and service providers that perform services on our behalf, including payment processors, email and marketing automation platforms, cloud infrastructure providers (including Supabase, Inc. for database services), analytics providers, and customer support tools. These parties are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide services to us and are contractually required to maintain the confidentiality and security of your information. 4.2 Business Transfers If Mayhem Arena is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to standard confidentiality arrangements. 4.3 Legal Requirements and Protection of Rights We may disclose your information to: (i) comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; (ii) enforce our Terms of Service or other agreements; (iii) respond to claims that content on the Site violates the rights of third parties; or (iv) protect the rights, property, or safety of Mayhem Arena, our users, or the public. 4.4 Aggregated or De-identified Data We may share aggregated or de-identified information — which cannot reasonably be used to identify you — with third parties for research, marketing, analytics, or other purposes without restriction.

If complete deletion is not immediately practicable (for example, due to backup storage), we will isolate and protect it from further processing until deletion is possible.

8. Data Security

Mayhem Arena implements and maintains reasonable and appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include encrypted transmission (SSL/TLS), access controls, and vendor due diligence. However, no method of transmission over the Internet and no method of electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that requires notification under applicable law, we will notify affected individuals and relevant authorities as required.

9. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us immediately at the address in Section 11. We will take steps to delete such information from our records promptly. Visitors between the ages of 13 and 17 should review this Privacy Policy with a parent or guardian.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, applications, and services that are not operated or controlled by Mayhem Arena. Your continued use of the Site or our Services following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
